30 Days Return Warranty on all goods – excluding custom printed goods
If you have received a damaged / defective / incorrect size / incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that the 30 days warranty excludes custom printed goods. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee is for returned goods.

Order Changes or Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, you have 18 hours to contact us to request your order changes, in order to give us time to change your order for you.

Order not received
After having placed your order, if it does not arrive within 30 days (for apparel products) and 45 days (for pillow covers, bedding, bags or shoes), please contact us for either a free replacement or full refund of your purchase. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by the customer by providing an incorrect address for shipping details when placing an order(s) and / or missed parcel deliveries.

Custom printed goods
We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size problems on any custom printed goods, as your product has been custom printed just for you. When choosing the style and fit of your purchase, customers accept all risks. We have included size charts in inches and centimeters to all printed apparel to better help you to choose correct size. Click on additional information under the product, to see sizing information.

Returns on custom printed goods
Unfortunately we are unable to take returns on custom custom printed goods, as your item is individually printed for you. We do of course replace defective goods, or an incorrect order.

Please ensure that:

You received the product in the last 30 days
The product is unworn, unused and unwashed
Either the product itself is defective / the printing is defective / the product is different from the one you ordered from us
